Do you work with organizations outside Sioux Falls?
Yes. Most work can be done remotely, with calls as needed.
Do you do graphic design or manage social accounts?
Like most writers, I secretly wish I was a designer, so sure, I dabble. That said, I tend to stay pretty focused on messaging and writing. But if you need design support, I can coordinate with any number of extremely talented freelance designers in my contact list. I do not provide ongoing social community management (DMs/comments).
How fast is turnaround, typically?
Most deliverables are drafted within 5-10 business days, depending on scope and review timing. Depending on availability, exceptions can be made if you're in a time crunch or require rapid response messaging.
How do revisions work?
Two revision rounds are included per deliverable, based on consolidated feedback from one point of contact.
Can we start small?
Absolutely. The Messaging Reset Sprint is the best starting point for most organizations, but if you have something else in mind, I'm sure we can make it work.
